Called Colorado’s longest-running rodeo, the Snomwass Rodeo enters its 52nd season in 2026 from mid-June to mid -August. This annual summer celebration kicks off with a BBQ followed by a slew of rodeo competitions, rain or shine.
Every Wednesday night from June 17th to August 19th, 2026, the Snowmass Rodeo. The festivities take place from 5 pm to 9 pm, beginning with a BBQ and family activities, followed by the rodeo at 7 pm.

Gates open at 5 pm, and they do sell out, so buy your ticket online early. There is a maximum of 2,000 guests for each event. Kids 2 and under get in free.
Free parking is available, though taking a bus from the Brush Creek Park and Ride is preferred. Most Snowmass Village hotels offer a shuttle to the event. There is a free shuttle from the Two Creeks Parking Lot to the rodeo grounds.

Traditional rodeo events include bull riding, saddle bronc, barrel racing, and team roping. There are also special kids’ events, such as mutton bustin’ and calf scramble.
