Southwest Fresh Fest in Montrose on October 3

The 5th annual Southwest Fresh Fest celebrates fresh Colorado-grown hop beers. This Western Colorado beer fest is hosted by Billy Goat Hop Farm in Montrose.

It takes place on Saturday, October 3rd, 2026, from 2 to 6 pm. Enjoy an afternoon of craft beer, local food vendors, and live music. More than a dozen craft breweries will be on-site. Festival-goers can vote on their top fresh hop beer.

Two bands will perform, Hypothetical Bluegrass and Cryin’ Shame. Food vendors include Marchio’s Grill, Uncompahgre Farms, and Qué Chimba Colombian Food.

Bring the family for this exciting day. Activities include a farm tour, yard games, and face painting.
