Park Meadows Mall – Lone Tree, CO

A short drive south of the state capital, Park Meadows Mall in Lone Tree hosts over 185 shops, with that number constantly increasing. This impressive, award-winning mall is described as a “retail resort” by parent company Brookfield Properties. You won’t feel like you’re in a typical mall once you step inside, but rather in a rustic, Rocky Mountain lodge.

The main entrance is located right off I-25, and visitors are greeted with a beautiful pond. Although the mall is mostly enclosed, there have been a few expansions to include an outdoor section with restaurants and more shopping. Park Meadows is a unique destination attraction just outside Denver, claiming its stake as more than just your typical shopping mall.

Park Meadows Mall provides a shopping hotspot for men’s and women’s fashion, children’s clothes, jewelry, health and beauty, housewares, electronics, and much more. Plan your trip using the online directory, which also denotes which stores offer curbside pickup options and Klarna payment, a “buy now, pay later” service.

Many trending and classic designer brands are available at this popular shopping center. Some notable stores include Apple, Lululemon, Sephora, L.L. Bean, Tesla, and LUSH. Restaurants

With over 40 eateries ranging from casual snacks to a full sit-down experience, Park Meadows an ideal place for sipping and savoring. There is a large dedicated food hall with countless fast-casual options, independent snack stands dotted around the mall, and sit-down restaurants located mostly around the perimeter of the property.

You’ll be able to find a variety of cuisine options, from a Brazilian Steakhouse to smoothies and Southern BBQ. Many notable chains call Park Meadows home, but there are also multiple independent restaurants if you want to eat local.

The property offers convenient amenities like free Wi-Fi, a charging station for mobile devices, and an ATM machine, meaning your stay doesn’t have to be cut short for unpredictable reasons. Stroller rentals and a nursing lounge make shopping easier for families with young children, and there is even a Kids Bounce Park for the little ones to burn off some energy.

Mar-Apr – Photos with the Easter Bunny – Make the Easter magic come alive for the little ones with this fun opportunity to meet the Easter Bunny.

May-Oct – Paris Street Market – This rain or shine outdoor market happens on the third Saturday of each month. Between Macy’s and Nordstrom’s, you’ll find a huge amount of vintage vendors selling jewelry, clothing, home decor, and homemade treats. There will also be kid’s activities and an animal shelter offering on-site adoptions.

Jun-Aug – Summer Happy Hour Series – Escape the summer heat and head to the Volcom store on the first Friday of each month for in-store discounts and complimentary cold drinks.

Nov-Dec – Photos with Santa – A staple for any mall during the holiday season, bring the kids to tell Santa about their wishlist and cozy up for a picture. Reservations are required, so be sure to book in advance.

Getting There

From Denver, take I-25 South for about 11 miles to exit 195, Park Meadows Center. From there you will be able to choose from 3,700 free parking spots, including 300 covered ones in front of Dick’s Sporting Goods.

From Colorado Springs, take I-25 North for just over 50 miles until exit 195. This exit leads you right to the main entrance of the mall where the food hall is. There are also electronic vehicle chargers at this entrance if needed.

If traveling by public transportation, the Light Rail has a convenient stop on the E Line at County Line Station. After you exit the station, there is a pedestrian bridge that provides easy access to Park Meadows.
