Frisco Nordic Center offers a wide variety of groomed trails in Summit County within the Peninsula Recreation Area. Classic skiers, skate skiers, and snowshoers will all love the beautiful treks by Frisco Bay.
The facility is located just south of Highway 9 in Frisco, Colorado. It’s about a mile to downtown should you want to get food and drinks afterward.
Cross Country Skiing and Snowshoeing

Cross country ski and snowshoe gear rentals, ski lessons, and snowshoe tours are all available. Both classic and skate lessons run 1-1.25 hours and include a day trail pass. You can also get your skis tuned here.
There are 28 kilometers of trails for Nordic skiers and 8 kilometers for snowshoers. Both day tickets, punch cards, and season passes are available.
Guided snowshoe tours are also offered. Participants must be at least 8 years old. The trek will lead you into the woods for a stunning day of snowshoeing
It’s located nearby the Frisco Adventure Park, where there is a tubing hill, as well as a small ski hill for beginners and a terrain park.
