The Fraser Valley Sports Complex boasts a skating rink called the Ice Box, a naturally frozen rink that meets NHL standards and is only open during winter. Located on County Rd 5 off of Highway, about 40 minutes from Winter Park, the rink measures 200 ft by 85 ff and is partially opened to provide some relief during the cold months.
Aside from ice skating and hockey, other sports can be played at the complex as it provides spaces for softball, soccer, and volleyball. Moreover, there are picnic shelters and grills open for public as well as private use.
