Wood’s offers small-batch, handcrafted spirits and a tour of their distillery in downtown Salida, Colorado. Inspired by the outdoors, Wood’s High Mountain Distillery opened to the public in November of 2012. The tasting room is open seven days per week. Stop in and try their excellent whiskey, gin, and liqueur spirits.

Whiskey, Gin, and Liqueur Made in Salida
The dream to start the distillery was born on a rafting trip down the Grand Canyon in the 1990s. Bottles of whiskey were shared amongst friends in the solitude of nature. Once legislation in Colorado was passed to allow small-scale distilling, P.T. and Lee Wood, brothers, got to work.
