RISE Comedy (formerly Voodoo Comedy) features a variety of comedy, including improv, stand-up, sketch, shows and classes. It’s located in the Ballpark neighborhood in downtown Denver. Some of the comedy classes are Improv, Stand Up, Sketch, Industry, Teens & Kids.
Improv shows are unscripted and interactive, which means the comedian hasn’t prepared anything in advance and often takes suggestions from the crowd. You really never know what’s gonna happen at Rise! All ages are welcome until 10:00 pm, after which it’s 21+ (valid ID required).
RISE Comedy also offers a full bar with craft beers, wine and cocktails. No drink minimum only maximum laughs!
Getting There
It’s located in Downtown Denver, you can take several exits on I-25 to reach it. The main route is exit 213 for Park Avenue. Head towards Coors Stadium via either Park/Fox/22nd or Park/22nd (whether north or southbound exit)
