Panzano’s Gluten-Free Italian Dining in Downtown Denver

Gluten-free menus can be challenging to find in the Denver area, especially when it comes to Italian food. Situated in Downtown inside the Kimpton Hotel Monaco, Panzano has an entirely gluten-free menu inspired by contemporary Northern Italian cuisine.

Executive Chef David Gross curated its gluten-free menu around fresh and sustainable meats and produce. They can also make any of the existing items on the full menu gluten-free. Try some of the best gluten-free pasta and pizza around.
