Golden’s Front Range has some of the most spectacular sceneries to see in Colorado, and there’s no better way to experience it than soaring high, obstruction-free with the Colorado Paragliding. Tandem Paragliding in Golden
While the flight time is anywhere between 15-25 minutes or longer, depending on weather conditions, the whole experience lasts about 1.5-2 hours from meeting in the landing zone parking lot to packing up the gear. A certain level of robustness is necessary as you may be asked to help carry the flying equipment, which weighs about 20-30 lbs, a short way uphill.
Wear good, closed-toe shoes, long pants, a light jacket, sunglasses, and sunscreen. Also bring water and your camera, which you can use while paragliding.
