Old Town Hot Springs is a modern hot springs resort with plenty of amenities. Relax in hot springs, get a massage, or head over to the fitness center for a workout.
It’s located at the eastern start of downtown Steamboat Springs across from the Rabbit Ears Motel.
Facility
There are eight outdoor pools all fed by hot mineral water. They vary in size and temperature, ranging from about 98 to 103 degrees F. All these pools are open year-round.
Two 230-foot water slides are available during the winter (4p-8p) and summer (Memorial Day-Labor Day, Noon-6p). There is also a 25-yard lap pool outside. It’s maintained around 80 degrees F. It’s open year-round. A children’s pool is open in the summer months.
The spa offers several types of massage, including deep tissue, Swedish, and reflexology. There’s a full fitness center inside, complete with a weight room, cardiovascular area, personal trainers, and a wide variety of exercise classes, like Pilates and spin classes.

Getting There
It’s located near the corner of 3rd and Lincoln Ave in downtown. Lincoln Ave is the main street running through town and also Highway 40.
