The Monument Ice Rink has two 200 ft by 85 ft NHL-sized rinks housed separately in each of its two buildings. Located eighteen miles north of downtown Colorado Springs and established in 2006, it was built to provide entertainment and to serve the ice sports interests of the local community.
It has since become Southern Colorado’s foremost facility that offers activities like ice hockey, public skating, figure skating, curling, and broomball. Their Breakfast Club program aims to give age-specific training and skills development, with a hearty breakfast after every session. Private parties and fundraisers can also be booked here.
The Monument Ice Rink is home to famed leagues such as the 7K International Figure Skating Academy and the Colorado Rampage Ice Hockey, and Jason Brown, a US National Figure Skating Champion.
