Established in 1907, the YMCA of the Rockies has long been entertaining visitors to the Rocky Mountains. It boasts a seasonal winter ice rink in Estes Park, Colorado.
Outdoor ice skating is available at Dorsey Lake and skate rentals are provided at the Sweet Memorial Program Building. Skating is available every day during the season, usually from early December to early February, weather permitting.
Ice skating is open to the public, however, there’s a daily charge if you’re not spending the night or have a YMCA membership. It’s free for children under six.
