Colorado’s longest-standing bicycler maker is located right in Steamboat Springs. Moots has been manufacturing bicycles in this Northwest Colorado mountain town since 1981.

Factory Tours
Moots offers tours of their working factory to the public on Monday and Friday at 10 am. You won’t need a reservation, just please arrive before the 10 am start time.
The factory tours showcase the whole system of hand-making bicycles. It covers where the materials are sourced from, to their special building methods.
The staff is active in their work during the tours, so visitors will get to experience the process.
The tour runs for about an hour from beginning to end. Afterward, check out the showroom with fully-finished bikes and other related products for purchase.
