CB Motorsports offers self-guided snowmobiling and ATVing for all levels and abilities in Crested Butte. It’s open seven days a week for snowmobile and ATV rentals, depending on season, in the majestic Gunnison County.
Snowmobile Rentals
Crested Butte’s remote beauty provides the perfect landscape for a fun winter day. Both full and half day rentals are available, with easy to follow trail maps. Reservations are recommended, since space is limited. Drivers must be at least 16 years of age.
There are two types of snowmobiles to choose from, one for trail riding, and the other for off-trail. Both have have electric start, push button reverse, and heated hand grips. Boots, helmets, gas, maps and insurance is included with your rental.
Snowmobiles are delivered to the trailhead or you can borrow a trailer with the machines loaded on them. Before getting started, you’ll receive operational and safety training. Wear warm, waterproof clothing, same as you’d wear skiing, plus sunscreen, gloves and a winter hat. Bring a camera and snacks too.
ATV Rentals
Half and full day ATV rentals are available summer and fall. Drivers must be at least 16 years old. Helmets, goggles, boots (if needed) and a trail map are provided. ATVs are delivered to trailhead or you trailers with machines are provided.
Wear closed-toed shoes, warm clothes and bring rain gear. Sunscreen, insect repellent, snacks and a camera are encouraged.
