Opened in 2000 and formerly known as Mardi Gras Casino, Bally’s Black Hawk Casino is one of the favorites in Clear Creek County for its charming castle-like building and variety of gaming. It also has two sister casinos and Bally’s Black Hawk East. The casino is connected via an indoor bridge to Bally’s Black Hawk West, so it’s easy to walk back and forth.
Additionally, valet and free parking are available at Bally’s Black Hawk West garage. Bally’s Black Hawk North is surrounded by the area’s largest casinos, including Ameristar and The Lodge. It’s also massive, with a well-laid-out gaming floor. Enjoy a myriad of electronic gambling, from video poker to video slots.
Table games are in abundance, with up to 14 blackjack tables going at once. There are also 2 tables for craps, a roulette table, and live poker. A free player’s card is available and shared with Golden Gulch and Golden Gates casinos.
Dining Options
The best selection of food, out of the three casinos, is at Bally’s Black Hawk North. You can also grab breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the Creekside Deli. They use Boar’s Head premium deli meats in their sandwiches.
You can also go to the Casino Cafe and Grille, which serves all-day breakfast and American classics. To unwind, head to B Bar, which is known for its large selection of handmade daiquiris.
