There are a couple of terrific food and drink options inside The Mining Exchange. The dining here is inspired by the Old West mining days high in the Rocky Mountains.

Grab your morning coffee and croissant at BLK MGK. The menu serves hot breakfast and light lunch items, and fresh coffee from Hold Fast Coffee Co.  Golden Hour is the place to go for small plates paired with craft cocktails, beers and wine. Jazz is featured on Thursday at Golden Hour.
