Carroll Park is a fun winter ice rink serving the San Luis Valley. Situated in Alamosa in the Family Rec Center, the ice rink opens around Thanksgiving and closes in February, depending on conditions. It’s open daily during the season and rentals are available at the rink.
Hockey leagues are hosted at Carroll Park in the partially covered arena. Additional activities in the Alamosa Family Rec Center include other youth and adult leagues, outdoor tennis, rock climbing, skate park, baseball, volleyball, and classes.
