The Durango Arts Center (DAC) is one of the top venues for performing arts in Southwest Colorado. Located in downtown Durango, the DAC hosts more than 80 community events each year, in a variety of fields.
Experience live performing arts shows, visual arts exhibits, and arts education for youth and adults. Watch artist lectures, theatre performances, and film screenings. Both experienced local artists and those new to the scene will find a home here.

Over 500 artists participate in events each year at the Durango Arts Center. More than 7,000 people attend the 80+ events annually. Around 1,300 art students are enrolled in DAC Education.
60 organizations utilize the Durango Arts Center. The Durango Arts Repertory Theater (DART) typically hosts 5,000 patrons each year for its 4-5 professional productions and 6 children’s productions.
