A two-woman team handmakes and handpipes every macaron. Mile High City locals can order online, but pick up directly at their shop on Lincoln Avenue near Capitol Hill.

Their meringue is made from potatoes, which are similar structurally to eggs, resulting in a delicious plant-based macaron. The traditional egg whites are replaced with potato protein, which is said to rival any traditional macaron.
Denver Macaron was founded by Jamie Picasarri and Nikki Finley, turning their craft passion into a full-scale bakery.
