Unfortunately, Vail has closed their tubing hill as of the 2021-22 ski season. Instead, they will focus their efforts on making an even better core mountain experience for skiers and snowboarders. Check out other snow tubing hills in Colorado.
Vail’s Adventure Ridge was home to tubing, ski biking, kids snowmobiling, a bungee trampoline, and snowshoeing. The 900-foot-long Eagle’s Nest tubing hill had several lanes to enjoy, music playing, and thrilling runs.
There was a covered lift to take you and your tube back to the top. There is still an on-mountain bistro. The tubing hill used to operate daily during the winter season. Sessions were one hour and begin every thirty minutes
Riders had to be 42″ tall. Those under 6 years old had to be accompanied by an adult in a separate tube. The Adventure Ridge Tubing Hill was located at the top of the Eagle Bahn Gondola. It was reached by taking the Gondola in Vail’s Lionhead’s Village.
