Founded in Longmont, Colorado, in 2004, Ziggi’s has expanded to over 100 coffee shops across 22 states. Its newest location is set to open in Monument, just north of Colorado Springs, on Tuesday, July 22nd, 2025, at 5:00 am.
The new Monument cafe and drive-thru is located at 16529 Cinematic Vw, Monument, CO 80132. Its hours of operation are Monday to Friday from 5:00 am – 7:00 pm and Saturday – Sunday from 6:00 am to 7:00 pm.

Ziggi’s boasts a wide selection of drinks and food. Beverages include coffees and teas, Fresherz, Energy Infusions, smoothies, Italian Sodas, and a new lineup of Dirty Soda. The new dirty sodas use a traditional soda base, with added flavors, fruit purees, candy toppings, and creamy finishes.
On top of the drinks, foods available all day long include both breakfast and lunch-style sandwiches, burritos, and various baked goods.
