The Winter Park Village Cabriolet is an open-air gondola that is used as transportation between one part of the village to another. Slowing down during boarding and exiting, it takes you on a free 2-minute ride from the Village at Winter Park to the Vintage Hotel, parking lot, and tubing hill.
Built in 2008, it features Gangloff cabriolet cabins, seats eight riders per basket, and can carry up to 2800 riders per hour. On your 1,436-foot ride, you will be able to watch tubers glide down the tubing hill while passing directly above it. From the Village station to the Vintage Hotel, the cabriolet takes you 83 feet in the air, providing riders with a good view of the surrounding area.
Once you get to the Village at Winter Park, there are several dining options, activities, and shopping outlets to enjoy. Known for its ski slopes, snowshoeing, and tubing, there’s still plenty to do even if you aren’t a snow bunny, from bowling and a movie at Foundry Cinema & Bowl to craft drinking tours at Idlewild Distillery and Winter Park Winery.
In addition to the cabriolet, there is a Winter Park Scenic Gondola open summer and winter. It brings guests up to 10,700 ft.
