The Far View Lodge’s 150 guest rooms are within Southwestern Colorado’s Mesa Verde National Park. Fifteen miles inside the park, near the Visitor’s Center, you will find the lobby’s traditional Western décor, solitude, and fantastic views.
This casual hotel has a southwestern vibe and offers a terrific starting point for exploring the park’s Cliff Palace and Balcony House. The closest towns to the park are Mancos and Cortez.

Far View Lodge offers two types of guest rooms: the Kiva Room and the Kiva Deluxe View. Each cozy room has a southwestern vibe, handcrafted furnishings, complimentary Wi-Fi, minifridges, and all standard amenities except a TV. The partially open bathrooms include showers. Spend time on your balcony watching for wildlife and stargazing.
Both types of Kiva rooms come in a number of configurations with two doubles, two queens, or one queen bed. The Kiva Deluxe View also offers amazing mountain views from the room’s balcony.

Metate Room is warmly decorated, the award-winning restaurant has a contemporary menu inspired by regional heritage foods. Fair View Lounge is a rustic option at the lodge and is a great place to relax, watch a sunset, or sit under the stars in the evenings after a day of exploration. Fairview Terrace Cafe is another spot close to the lodge where you can sit and enjoy breakfast outside.
