Part of the Talon Wine Brands, Meadery of the Rockies produces extraordinary honey wine. They’re located in Palisade, where their mead is made on-site.
Meadery of the Rockies is Colorado’s original meadery. They utilize only 100% pure, raw orange blossom honey in the making of all of our wines. Their lineup of mead features expanded tastes and flavors, including traditional, fruit blends and dessert honey wines.
Talon Wine Brand’s other Palisade wineries include St Kathryn Cellars & Talon Winery, both of which share tasting rooms under one roof.
Honey Wine Made in Palisade
The tasting room is open year round, where you can sample off their delicious varieties. You can purchase bottles on-site, as well as a myriad of honey themed gifts and honey flavored local foods.
Excluding major holidays, the tasting room is open daily from 10am to 5pm. They offer tours of their winery, as well as special events. Please call ahead to arrange a “bee-hind” the scenes tour.
