The Tour is based at the Tall Timber Resort north of Durango. It’s only accessible from the Durango-Silverton Railroad. That means you buy a combination package for a train ride and zip line tour. There is no driving up to this attraction yourself. The tour includes a four-course gourmet lunch high in the trees.
There are 27 zip line spans, 36 tree top platforms and over a mile and a half of cable. Spans range from 56 to 1,400 feet. A zip line canopy tour is fun for all ages. It’s over a mile and a half for a full-day tour, 5.5 hours. Ages 5-91 have zip lined here.
Requirements
- Must weigh between 50 and 265 pounds.
