Goodrich is a small plains community nestled along the South Platte River in northeastern Colorado at 4,383 ft. There’s not much there, except for Jackson Lake State Park a few miles north.
It’s located three miles from neigh Orchard, as well as nearly twenty miles west of Fort Morgan and 40 miles east of Greeley. The Goodrich post officer ran from 1908 to 1974. A founding landowner, G. T. Goodrich, gave the town its name.
