Heading into its 3rd year in 2025, the Evergreen Oktoberfest is an excellent way to celebrate the changing of seasons. Sip on German beers, listen to traditional music, and enjoy activities for all ages.
This year’s event is still TBD 2025 (last event: Saturday, September 21, 2024). It’s held at Buchanan Park Fields in Evergreen, Colorado.
Highlights include traditional German food and drinks, music, dance, and games. Some of the favorite activities include live bands, a kids’ village, and several competitions.
Some of the German delicacies include homemade bratwurts, wiener schnitzel, beef golash, haschee knodel, pretzels, strudel and cheese spätzle. In addition to German-style beer from local breweries, hard seltzers, soda, and bottled water are offered.
The Evergreen Oktoberfest raises money for Mount Evans Home Health Care & Hospice, as well as Camp Comfort, which is a free grief camp for Colorado kids.
