The NedFest Family Reunion is a two-day outdoor music, arts, and microbrew festival that occurs on the last weekend of August. The Nederland Music and Arts Festival, known as NedFest, is considered one of the oldest music festivals in Boulder County, showcasing genres like bluegrass, rock, funk, Americana, jazz, and jam-band.
The festival can accommodate a crowd capacity of only 2000 and camping is no longer offered at the nearby Barker Reservoir; instead, find camping in the nearby national forest. A kid-friendly event, there i also a kids’ tent and activity areas for the younger crowd. Food vendors, craft artists, and Colorado brews were present around the festival area for attendees to enjoy.
