This October, the Arapahoe County Fairgrounds is hosting a Halloween trick-or-treat family fun event full of costumes, games, and delicious treats. Taking place at the “Scaregrounds,” guests are encouraged to wear costumes, which also provide them with a chance to win the costume contest.
While many of the activities are aimed at children, such as barrel train rides, hayrides, a petting zoo, face painting, bounce houses, and balloon animals, there will be live entertainment, pumpkin painting, different food vendors, and a beer garden for adults. This year’s event takes place on Saturday and Sunday, October 18th to 19th, 2025, from 11am to 4pm on both days.
More than 20 trick-or-treating stations will be available for kids to peruse, with sweets from local vendors and interactive dance performances. Your family will truly have a spooktacular day.
