Held in August in Lyons, Colorado, Venus de Miles is the state’s top women’s cycling event. The 17th annual bike festival has been growing the community of women riders since 2008.
This summer’s Venus de Miles features two parts, The Ride and The Festival, both happening on Saturday, August 24th, 2024. The location is Lyon’s Bohn Park from 11 am to 4 pm.
Bike Ride and Finish Festival
There are 3 courses: 30, 48, and 64 miles. Rest stops are stocked along the way with supplies, medical help, and bike repair. There are also snacks, hydration, and port-a-potties.
Afterward, attend the Finish Festival to rejoice and revive yourself. There will be free facials, wellness programs, shopping, and plenty of food, drinks, and musical entertainment.
