Located at 4,711 ft of elevation in Colorado’s eastern plains, Seibert is a small community of 181 in 2010. It’s located 45 miles east of Limon on Interstate-70.

The town was incorporated on June 21st, 1917 and there has been a Seiber Post Office serving since 1888. A railroad agent, Henry Seibert, gave the town its name. It’s part of Kit Carson County.
