Pueblo’s annual Chile & Frijoles Festival brings the heat the third weekend after Labor Day. The three day extravaganza welcomes nearly 150,000 pepper people, who indulge in a variety of types, from mild to wild.
The event will take place from Friday to Sunday on September 25th to 27th, 2020. It’s held in the Pueblo downtown area on union Avenue. The highlight is the harvest of the region’s most popular local chile, the Mira Sol Chile!

Other festivities include live entertainment, arts, crafts, authentic ethnic foods, a farmers market, family friendly activities and a lot of chile! Area farmers sold around $50,000 in peppers in 2017.
