Each spring the Durango Bluegrass Meltdown parties for three days in Southwest Colorado. Now in its 29th year, enjoy a weekend of bluegrass music and other festivities at locations across Durango.
This multi-venue festival is sure to be a hit for bluegrass aficionados and those with a general love for music. It’s also a great way to celebrate American roots music and other genres related to country music.
The event will be happening from Friday to Sunday, April 11th to 13th, 2025. Venues for this musical event include Wild Horse Saloon, Animas City Theatre, Durango Arts Center, Durango Elk Lounge, and the D&SNGRR Grange Building.
Those who are interested in the event should expect a lot of jamming sessions from bluegrass artists. The family-friendly fest also has something in store for its younger guests including workshops, dance, and other fun activities
