Coming back for another year, the Parker Oktoberfest is a three-day festival hosted by the Council of Arts, Science & Culture. It brings the Parker community together with games, contests, live music, and plenty of traditional German beer.
The free event is a great way to spend time with the entire family, as there are plenty of activities for both adults and children alike. This year’s festival at O’Brien Park in Parker, Colorado is TBD 2024 or cancelled indefinitely.
Popular events at the Parker Oktoberfest include playing cornhole, polka dancing, rescuing dachshunds, and seeing who is the strongest at the stein hoist contest. There is even a Kidtoberfest for the little ones to enjoy! Supporting arts, development, and education in the Denver metro area, those who would like to participate in the Parker Oktoberfest can register for free on the festival website.
If you’re itching to get outside and enjoy a stein with friends and family this fall, make sure to head to the Parker Oktoberfest for a day or the entire weekend!
