Kim is a tiny plains town located about an hour east of Trinidad in Southeast Colorado. In 2020 the town recorded a population of 63.
There are a few commercial services in town including a general store and post office. There’s also a complete school system with grades kindergarten through 12th. The Statutory Town was incorporated in 1974. It resides at 5,690 feet of elevation in Las Animas County.
