Tucked between Avon and Vail on Interstate 70, Eagle-Vail is neither the town of Eagle, nor the town of Vail. It’s its own unincorporated community with a population of 2,887 in 2000.
Situated in the middle of the Eagle River Valley in Eagle County is a mix of vacation goers and full time residents in about 1400+ homes. There’s no official downtown, but plenty of commercial businesses to support the busy population and Highway I-70.
The town is managed by both the Eagle-Vail Metro District (EVMD) and Eagle-Vail Property Owners Association (EVPOA).
Main Attractions

Eagle-Vail Golf Club – It’s one of the top golf courses in the Vail Valley. From all the holes you’ll have gorgeous views of the Gore Range. Grab a bite to eat and cold beer in the on-site Whiskey Hill Grill.
