Howelsen Hill Ski AreaOpen since 1915, Howelsen boasts the title of the oldest continuously operating ski area in the state. It also has the largest natural ski-jumping complex in North America.
It’s situated in downtown Steamboat Springs, just a few miles from the epic Steamboat Ski Resort. Howelsen features affordable lift tickets, night skiing and even snow tubing. The complex also has a cross country skiing and an indoor ice rink.
