Vail Ski ResortVail’s massive 5,289 skiable acres, make it the largest resort in Colorado. It’s the third biggest in the United States, behind Big Sky in Montana and Utah’s Park City.
Tucked away in the Vail Valley along I-70, Vail is massive playground with the most groomed terrain in the state. The Austrian-modeled town of Vail Village is probably the most picturesque in Eagle County (Beaver Creek is charming too).
